The sweepstakes: From March 14, 2010 through April 11, 2010, JAM-X / CORAL SEA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP will promote, by means of internet interaction, and at the JAMX.COM WEBSITE, the opportunity to submit entries to win a grand prize as detailed below.
Eligibility: In order to submit entries, entrants must be 21 years of age; one (1) entry per person. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for JAMX / CSEG, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.
How to enter: Register and become a member at www.jamx.com by 12:00 noon April 11th, 2010. Eligible entries must include requested information i.e. full name (first & last), username, password, & email address, (for notification of winner).
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries at a JAM-X performance event on April 11th, 2010.
Drawing will be videotaped live & posted later through various online media outlets. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the Grand Prize, JAM-X / CSEG will award prize to first or second alternate.. Decision of the judges and JAM-X / CSEG is final. The grand Prize winner will be notified by email and must meet all eligibility requirements. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules.
JAM-X / CSEG, its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected email, or incomplete entries.
Grand Prize: (One) Grand Prize winner will receive a fabulous four (4) day, three (3) night stay for two (2) at Le Sport Resort in beautiful St Lucia. The prize must be redeemed by June, 2010, and is not redeemable for cash. Approximate total value of the grand prize is $1,600.00. Accommodation is subject to availability and various holiday and blackout dates may apply. Air and ground transportation are NOT included in this vacation giveaway. There are no other prizes.
Winner of Grand Prize must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless JAM-X / CSEG, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.
Prize will not be released until JAM-X / CSEG receives all required documents. Failure of Grand Prize winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner.
Unforeseen Events: JAM-X / CSEG reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that JAM-X / CSEG become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. JAM-X / CSEG reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or online. JAM-X / CSEG is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither JAM-X / CSEG, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants' participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
